Rhett is a Chartered Structural Engineer with over 12 years experience, primarily in professional services. He provides specialist structural engineering services to clients in the transport, water, and energy and resources sectors.

Rhett has led the growth of specialist consulting teams in professional services firms in both New South Wales and Queensland prior to forming Watt Asset Advisory.

He currently holds committee positions with Engineers Australia, the Australian Corrosion Association (ACA) and the Concrete Institute of Australia (CIA). He has also held committee positions with the Australasian Concrete Repair Association (ACRA).
