Garden Suburbs Community Hall Building Performance and Options Assessment.

Watt Asset Advisory were engaged by Lake Macquarie City Council to inspect the Garden Suburbs Community Hall and provide rectification options and recommendations associated with the building’s subfloor.  

The scope of services included a detailed condition assessment of the building, engagement of specialist buildings services engineering, presentation of remedial options and associated cost estimates.  

Following the options assessment, Watt Asset Advisory were further engaged to provide construction phase support.
