Kooragang Bridges Engineering Inspections.

Watt Asset Advisory were engaged by ARTC to perform engineering inspections of the Kooragang Arrivals and Departures Underbridges. The 8 span steel structures cross the Hunter River in Mayfield, NSW and are both comprised of steel plate web girders which bear on concrete piers and abutments.

The engineering inspections were completed in accordance with the relevant ARTC Engineering Standards:

  • ETS-09-02 Structures Inspection Procedure 

  • ETP-09-01 Structures Inventory.
