Morisset and Swansea Pool Condition Assessments.

Lake Macquarie City Council engaged Watt Asset Advisory to undertake a detailed condition assessment of the 50m pool at Swansea Swim Centre and the 25m pool at Morisset. The condition assessment was completed to support the ongoing asset management planning for the facility.

The scope of works included a site investigation, materials testing, interpretation and predictive modelling utilising laboratory and site investigation results, residual life modelling and preparation of a condition assessment report which included the provision of repair options.
