Bridge and Major Culvert Asset Valuations.

Watt Asset Advisory were engaged by Maitland City Council to perform asset valuations for several bridge and major culvert structures within the Council region.

The asset valuations were undertaken using the Depreciated Replacement Cost (DRC) methodology detailed in the IPWEA International Infrastructure Management Manual and relevant Australian Accounting Standards Board Standards.
