St Pius X High School Linkway Condition Assessment and Technical Repair Specification.

The Catholic Diocese of Maitland-Newcastle engaged Watt Asset Advisory to undertake a detailed condition assessment of the linkway structure at St Pius X High School in Adamstown, New South Wales.

The condition assessment scope of works included a site investigation, materials testing, interpretation and predictive modelling utilising laboratory and site investigation results, residual life modelling and preparation of a condition assessment report which included the provision of repair options. Following the condition assessment, Watt Asset Advisory were engaged by CDMN to prepare a technical repair specification for the structure.
