Condition Assessment and Technical Repair Specification of Charlestown Pool.

Lake Macquarie City Council engaged Watt Asset Advisory to perform a detailed condition assessment of the 50m pool located at Charlestown Swim Centre to support asset management planning at the facility. The scope of work included site investigation and materials testing, interpretation and predictive modelling of laboratory testing and site investigation results, residual life modelling and the delivery of a condition assessment report which included a comprehensive review of repair options.  

Watt Asset Advisory was further engaged by Council to prepare a technical repair specification, detailing all remedial requirements and methodology to address the findings of the detailed condition assessment.
