Yarrabong Bridge Remedial Scope of Works Brief and Construction Phase Support.

Yarrabong Bridge is a 4-span reinforced concrete bridge that carries Louth Park Road over Wallis Creek at Maitland, New South Wales.  

Maitland City Council engaged Watt Asset Advisory to prepare a scope of works brief for the concrete patch repairs to the Yarrabong Bridge.  The brief was prepared to address the isolated instances of delamination, spalling and reinforcement corrosion of the headstocks and piles.  

In addition, Watt Asset Advisory provided construction phase support during the project, providing repair advice and guidance to ensure the repairs conformed with the remedial intent.
